1. Digital Product
MoodyLab is a digital product delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally considered final once the license key has been delivered to your email.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
We will consider a refund request if any of the following conditions are met within 7 days of purchase:
- Technical incompatibility: The plugin does not work with your version of Adobe Photoshop (2024 or later) and we are unable to resolve the issue.
- Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the product more than once.
- Product not delivered: You did not receive the license key and we are unable to resend it.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be granted in the following situations:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You did not read the system requirements before purchasing.
- You shared your license key with others and it was deactivated.
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date.

5. Refund Processing
